Wong & Tang, Solicitors was established by our founding partners Mr. Kenny Wong and Ms. Simee Wong in 2010.

• Acting for a listed issuer in a placement of new shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange involving consideration of over HK$80 million.
• Acting for an offeree in a General Offer involving consideration of over HK$1.176 - billion.
